Lineker Wants to Prove It Again

It’s hard to think of anything John Lineker hasn’t accomplished. Lineker has been consistently successful in the ring, according to the latest MMAfighting news. The question is, can Lineker’s skills translate to Muay Thai?

During Lineker’s first Muay Thai outing earlier this year, he scored a knockout late in the second round. This weekend, Lineker will be looking to earn his second Muay Thai win. He’s scheduled to fight at bantamweight against Alexei Baliko. Lineker has a 7-2 record, and is undefeated in a single fight.

Balik will continue to be a test for Lineker. During his time with ONE, Baliko has scored two knockouts. He’s coming off a first-round knockout win in July. This should be an entertaining fight and a good test of how far Lineker has come. Lineker is known as “Hands of Stone.” With how powerful Lineker is with his punches, anyone who takes his relative lack of Muay Thai experience for granted will be in a tough spot.
