Mr. AbdEl Rahman Rostom, President of the World Martial Arts Council, on behalf of the WKR World Advisory Council, announced his congratulations on Ireland’s acceptance of membership. He also announced that the WKR World Martial Arts Council provides technical and moral support for upcoming events to Ireland during the coming period
